I have been building software for more than 10 years, 7 of them in e-commerce, at companies like Itaú Unibanco, Loja Integrada, and Ambev. I specialize in Micro Frontend architecture (Module Federation, Next.js, Angular), BFFs, and event-driven integrations with Kafka and AWS SNS/SQS.

I started my career in QA, which gave me an end-to-end view of quality that I still bring to every project. Today I act as a technical reference on my teams: I make architecture decisions, and I have trained interns and developers, some of whom now hold leadership roles.

  1. Aug 2026 – PresentRemote

    Senior Software Engineer · Loja Integrada

    Brazil's largest e-commerce platform for small and mid-sized businesses. Marketplace squad.

    • Building the new Home Micro Frontend in Hive, a Module Federation shell that will replace the legacy admin, rolled out to 10% of new accounts with Consul feature flags.
    • Expanded the Channel Hub for Mercado Livre and Magalu listings, with AI-assisted form autofill.
  2. Apr 2025 – Jul 2026São Paulo · Hybrid

    Senior Software Engineer · Itaú Unibanco

    Latin America's largest private bank. Mobile channel, consumer revolving credit. Angular, Java, Spring Boot.

    • Built the Micro Frontend that completes overdraft-line sign-ups in the modernized flow, integrated with the app's native token and reused in the mobile app and in branches.
    • Raised sign-up conversion by 6% with observability and A/B testing.
    • Rebuilt the Emergency Credit hub from scratch, saving a product that was being considered for shutdown.
  3. Aug 2021 – Apr 2025Remote

    E-commerce SaaS for SMBs, spun off from VTEX. Django, Next.js, ASP.NET Core.

    • Created Buy Together (+31% average order value) as the first Next.js Micro Frontend in the legacy admin; its architecture is still the company standard.
    • Built the abandoned cart automation, the company's flagship for GMV recovery: R$30M+ recovered.
    • Built an in-house analytics pipeline (C# → Kafka → Elasticsearch) and server-side Conversions API events.
    • Found and fixed a card data exposure, then helped tokenize cards with PCI Proxy.
  4. Jan 2021 – Jul 2021Remote

    Software Developer · Ambev

    Chopp Brahma Express migration from Magento to VTEX IO, with 200+ franchises.

    • Led technical decisions as the team's only e-commerce and VTEX specialist.
    • Removed an 8-hour nightly data reload by finding a public checkout endpoint that returns the seller by ZIP code.

    VTEX partner agency.

    • Refactored the agency's base VTEX CMS theme, unblocking every delivery, and shipped the Bosch Chile store on time.

    • Built stores on Tray, VTEX, WooCommerce, and FBITS with features the platforms lacked.
    • Published a free, open-source WooCommerce plugin for shipping estimates on the product page.
    • Shipped the Sportbay app with React Native and Expo, and served as acting Tech Lead.
